13. Phu Quoc Starfish Beach (Mui Ham Rong) Trip

History: Nine years ago, when our guides discovery out Starfish beach, that is a wild beautiful beach. It located in the middle of Rach Vem floating fishing village (Rach Vem Bay), by side national park and faraway from Duong Dong town about 17 Kilometers. Specially, it has a long white sand beach with a lot of colorful starfishes on the beach, no people stay there, no house, no restaurant.

And then after that, tourists go to there; some local families organize restaurants and every day more crowded and then starfishes go away.

They move to the corner of starfish beach (located under conner of national park) where haven’t people, haven’t restaurants, cleaner and more beautiful. It was called Ham Rong or (Mui Ham Rong) beach. Ham Rong beach is the best beach now in Phu Quoc island (Maybe best of the best). It is very beautiful because not only it has starfishes but also it located inside National Park (not allow for building or stay there), it is a wild - long – white sand beach with national park around, the water clear and cool.

Now, we know that starfishes like more quiet, clearer and wilder. No problem when you come there for to see see starfishes, can swimming by side them, even can touch them a little bit but please keep clean, keep quiet, don’t take starfishes out of sea water, and keep the nature!

Tour Details:
+ 10:00-10:30 pick up you at your hotel by an AC minibus, then drive direct to Starfish beach
+ Around 11:00 We will arrive Rach Vem floating fishing on Starfish beach then we will get on a Local Motorboat to drive Ham Rong beach. At here, you have 3 hours for relaxing, swimming, snorkeling for see starfishes and enjoy Snacks lunch with chips, biscuits, nuts, local fruits, and have a local funny drinks
+ 15:30 we will start drive back the harbor then the hotel.
+ 16:30 back your hotel
